Pulso
Every client at their own pace, and all of them on the coach's radar: workouts, diet and check-ins in one app, with an AI that flags who needs attention today.

Screens show the app's own sample data.
The whole practice fit in a WhatsApp group. Until it didn't.
Workouts in PDFs, diets in voice notes, payments over Pix and the important message lost in the chat. Coaches only found out a client had drifted away when they cancelled.
Two logins, one place.
O coach builds workouts and diets and follows the client base on a dashboard. The client logs every set, every meal and every photo. Whatever the coach edits shows up instantly on the other side, and Pulso AI summarizes who improved, who slowed down and what to do first.

Designed for use in the middle of a workout.
Set-by-set workouts
Load per set, effort (RPE), timed rest and reorderable exercises. Clients log the real load, not what they remember later.
AI that prioritizes
A client-base summary in three blocks: who's improving, who's slowing down and today's priority. For clients, a chat that answers workout and nutrition questions.
Security from the database up
Supabase with access rules on every table: clients only see their own data, and coaches only see their linked clients.
Installs like an app
A PWA with an icon, offline mode and install prompts tailored to Android and iPhone. No app store in between.
Feedback on every tap
Numbers that count up, skeleton loaders between screens and charts that reveal data on tap. All of it respects people who prefer less motion.
