CRO Lab
Opinions don't increase conversion. Experiments do. The lab where every change to the store becomes a hypothesis, an A/B test and a decision with statistical confidence.
- Role
- Method, product and development
- Context
- Brand e-commerce, used by the CRO team
- Integrations

- Status
- In production · internal use
Internal tool, shown with a fictional store and tests. The real brand and numbers stay out of the portfolio.
Every meeting had a new idea. None had proof.
A new button, a new price, a new product photo: each went live on someone's gut feeling, and nobody could say afterwards whether it helped or hurt sales. The few tests that existed lived in scattered spreadsheets, with no standard for hypothesis, duration or win criteria.
A lab with clear rules.
Every idea comes in as a hypothesis, gets variants, defined traffic and duration, and only ends with a declared winner when the statistics allow it. The dashboard also reads the store funnel and flags where there is traffic but the cart leaks: the next test opportunity.
Dashboard
Active tests, tested visitors, impacted revenue and CRO opportunities read from the store funnel.
My tests
Every experiment with code, type, page, status, progress, confidence and uplift in one place.
New test
A 4-step wizard: type, setup with hypothesis, variants, and traffic with duration.
Calculators
Significance, sample size, duration, lift, Bayesian and sequential testing.
From where sales slip away to the decision.
Observe
Funnels, heatmaps and session recordings in Clarity and GA4 show where visitors get stuck.
Hypothesize
Each problem becomes a written hypothesis: what changes, for whom and which metric should move.
Size it
Sample size and duration calculated upfront, so the test doesn't end too early.
Test
Variants live with split traffic, Shopify sales measured per variant.
Decide
A winner only with statistical confidence. Losers teach too and become history.
Serious statistics, no spreadsheets.
Automatic opportunities
The dashboard crosses the most-visited pages with add-to-cart rate and flags where the next test is worth running.
Eight test types
Copy, price, image, video, layout, button, coupon and product comparison, each with the right setup.
Real sales per variant
Shopify orders measured per variant during the test: conversion, revenue and average order value.
Statistical calculators
Significance, sample size, duration, lift, Bayesian, sequential and multivariate, to decide without guesswork.
Ready-made reports
PDF and Excel export plus an activity log for each test, ready to take to leadership.
Your test in the palm of your hand.
